Account Store Credit will be issued for the cancellation of any reservation. Account Store Credit will be held on your account and can be used for any future reservation or purchase at Game On or High Trek Adventures. If you prefer to receive a refund to your credit card there will be a 10% cancellation fee applied to any refunds to a credit card.
Small groups of less than 10 participants can cancel their event for a full credit to their Game On account outside of 48 hours of the event date/time. If a reservation is canceled within a 48 hour window of the reservation date/time, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
Large Group orders of $2000 or more may be cancelled for a full refund to their Game On account outside of 1 month. For cancellations within 1 month of the event date, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due one week prior to the event and is non-refundable
Change Reservation Policies
Individual Reservations: Changes to single general admission tickets can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event without a fee. Changes within a 48 hr window may be charged a 25% change fee.
Parties of 10 or more participants can make changes 1 week prior to their event without a fee. Within 1 week of the event, changes may be charged a 25% change fee.
Unused or Lapsed Reservations:
If a reservation goes unused or participants are a "no show" where ticket day/times are allowed to lapse without advance notice to Game On NW, the tickets are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Vouchers, gift cards and passes and memberships are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Our outdoor entertainment venue is also located at Paine Field Park in South Everett about 3 miles from the Game On Indoor Venue.
High Trek Adventures offers a High Ropes Course & Ziplines, 1-acre Tactical Laser Tag Field, 18-holes of Mini Golf, 8 Outdoor Axe Throwing Lanes, and Climbing Walls.
This venue can host larger groups of 300+ as well as small family or friend groups who are looking to enjoy the beautiful PNW outdoors!
